1.    Please download the APK file "Huat88TV APK-20170620v23” on any link in the following:
   1) http://www.qnethd.com/en/down_list.asp?page=2 .

2. If unzipped file, please unzip the file on PC at first.
3.    Copy the “*.APK” file to a USB disk.
4.    Insert the USB disk onto box. Install the APK from the USB disk by "AppInstaller" or open the apk file in "File Manager" on your box.
5.    Connect to internet well and run the APK. Tell us the onscreen MAC data. We will activate your subscription soon when paid.

Trouble Shooting:
1. Flash back in apk installation:
That means your box is not compatible with the apk. Please change a box to try it.

2. How to get the MAC? What box can use the APK?
Please connect to internet well and run the APK to register on our server first. The APK will read the MAC and display on screen. The MAC is in format “xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx” and unique for each device. It should NOT be all “00”.If the onscreen MAC is not all "00", that means your box can use the apk. Otherwise, that means your box is not compatible with the apk and cannot use it. Please change a box and try it again.

3. Freeze or cycle while watching
1) Reboot (power off & on) both your WiFi/LAN router and box and try again. ------ This step is most important.

2) Please check your network connection and internet speed. The required bandwidth for SD channel should be no less than 2Mbits, for HD channel is 4Mbits.

3) Change to another channel then go back the problem channel. Sometime the problem channel can be back to normal after a switch.

4. If your device is spoiled or broken, how to transfer your subscription to new box?
Please tell us the old and new MAC, we can help to transfer your subscription to new box but ONLY ONCE for each subscription. All the transfer applications are handled in the midnight(China time). Please check it on the next day or later.
