Shipping & Tracking

For IPTV subscription--virtual products:
For virtual products, no shipping tracking number. 
   * When paid, we will post the user account on your order sheet and send it to you by email and/or message, generally in 24 hours. 
   * OR we will activate your subscription ASAP and inform you by message and/or email. 


For physical products:
For physical products such as IPTV boxes, we will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.

Process of shipment:
1. Prepare products and packing (1-3 days)
2. Send the package to local express company agent in China (1 day)
3. Express company send the package to you and releases the tracking number to us. We post the tracking number on the order sheet, update the order staus to "Shipped" and inform you the tracking number by email.
