Warning:
HaoHD apk cannot work in China mainland. Please DON'T use it in China mainland at any time. Otherwise, your device will be locked and cannot use HaoHD apk again even if it's moved outside China mainland.

Notice:
1. HaoHD apk package is a upgraded version of HDTV apk, they support the same channels. It is an another apk package, cannot update from HDTV apk package.
2. The user account can work either on HaoHD apk or on HDTV apk but cannot work on the both at the same time.
3. For new devices, you can only install and use HaoHD apk, DON'T install HDTV apk again.
4. If you want to upgrade your HDTV apk to HaoHD apk,
1) Please reset your device to factory default at first. It's necessary.
2) Please install HaoHD apk
2) Tell us your user account (user & password), we will unlock/unbind your account from HDTV apk.
3) Please activate the same user account on HaoHD apk to continue enjoying your subscription.

User Guide:
1. Please download the HaoHD apk file on the link:
http://96.44.140.134/ (no need unzip)

2. Copy the “*.APK” file to your USB disk or your device.

3. Install the APK by "AppInstaller" or open it in "File Manager" on your device.
4. Run the HaoHD apk.
5. Choose the package what you buy and activate your subscription by your user account (USER & PW).
7. For each new device, HaoHD supports 1-day (24 hours) free trial automatically. Run HaoHD, press “Cancel” and choose package to start free trial.

Warning:
1.Each device can have 1-day(24 hours) free trial ONLY ONCE. Later please buy the subscription.

2. Plz keep your paid user account carefully. It's great important for after-sales service.

3. It’s virtual product. Once activated, NO return and refund.

Trouble Shooting:
1.Flash back in apk installation:
That means your box is not compatible with the apk. Please reinstall the apk or change a box to try it.

2.What's your device ID?
Device ID is the unique code of each device. Please run HaoHD apk, go to "Settings"-->"About" or "Number", the code "9800-xxxxxxxx" is your device ID.
The device ID is unique and should NOT change after reboot. If it doesn’t change, that means your device can use the apk. Otherwise, that means your device is not compatible with the apk and cannot use it. Please change a box and try it again.

3. Freeze or cycle while watching
1) Reboot (power off & on) both your WiFi/LAN router and box and try again. ------ This method is most helpful for most users. Please try it.

2) Please check your network connection and internet speed. The required bandwidth for SD channel should be no less than 2Mbits, for HD channel is 4Mbits.

3) Switch to other channel then go back the problem channel. Sometime the problem channel can be back to normal after a switch.

4) Switch the decode mode between "Hardware decoding" and "Software decoding" to try.
Run HaoHD apk and go into "Settings"--> "Decode".

4. How to update the apk file online?

Please run HaoHD apk, go into "Settings"--> "Update".

5. If your device is spoiled, how to move your subscription to new box?
Please tell us your user account (user & password) information, we will unlock your account from your old device, later please activate the same account on your new device to continue your subscription but the service is provided ONLY ONCE for each device.
